  Everytime I go there I ask for a particular smoothie. Sometimes this guy is so busy with no one to help him. Sometimes we see him on his cell phone while we are waiting to be helped. I'm not sure how professional this guy is but he needs to either hire someone to help him and service needs to be better. Our last drink was also not blended properly or just too much spinach! So gross, I wish I had gone back to tell him there was something wrong! I'm always there and always ask him for an extra cup so me And my 3 yr old daughter could share the smoothie. Till today he seems like he never remembers me and every time I ask him for that second cup he gives me the worst look ever. Customer service needs to improve. I rather go someplace else with my money if it never improves!

  I went there today after putting in a 6 hour day of landscaping in the boiling heat looking for solace with my favourite smoothie and a wrap. This booster juice was the closest to where I was at, so I decided I'd give it a try. There were two young teenage girls working, a shorter one and a taller blonde. I ordered my food and drink, paid, and patiently waited for my meal. The mind over matcha smoothie was amazing, as usual, but the wrap was less than subpar. Neither of these girls were very friendly or welcoming, but I get it; it's a hot as f*** day and you're stuck inside a crummy mall, summer is almost up and you'd rather be doing a million other things in this final month than serve up a smoothie and a wrap. I don't need good customer service, but when your negligence leads to my meal being compromised after I worked under the blazing sun and nearly got a heat stroke, I'm not impressed. The tortilla was so crispy that it lost any flavor. The contents inside of the wrap were not quite as burnt, but it tasted as if any nutritional value had certainly been lost. Before this, I've never had a wrap at booster juice that I haven't liked, and the smoothie was tops as per usual, and I definitely don't blame the girl(s) for being zombie-like and leaving my wrap on the grill for much too long, but I certainly will hold off for a better location the next time I'm fiending a BJ. TL;DR If you're craving a booster juice, go to another location!
