No parking. Very small. This location serves no food. Washroom is disgusting.

Customer since 2002? I think. Prices are not what they used to be, but even after trying many other bubble tea places all over the world, I can't find better tasting bubble tea/tapioca pearls anywhere else. Don't disappear on me!

It's inconvenient that they only take cash. I also got the "chocolate mint" bubble tea, which either 1) was just a bad flavour choice or 2) was poor quality tea.
