  It took me 25 minutes to actually get the order through on their website. Not an intuitive system (and I'm definitely well versed in technology). They force you to create an account, but it kept kicking me off of that page and losing my order. Once I FINALLY got it sent through, I get a call about 30 minutes later (they promise 45 minutes for it to be delivered). They say "Can you increase the order by $4.00? It needs to be $25 for the order to go through." Their website says minimum order of $16.00, my order came to $16.50 before tax. On top of this, they charged me $4.00 for delivery. Why would you have a minimum order amount when you're charging for delivery? Who cares if someone orders $2.00 worth of product, if they pay to have it brought to them, does it really matter? I will not be shopping at this Fresh Slice anymore. Absolutely terrible customer service.

  I will never waste my time with this company again. 3 times in a row they screwed up. 1st time ordered pickup, said it would be ready in 15 minutes, after arriving 20 minutes later it took over an hour to prepare our one pizza order. They offered us coupons, which were already expired. 2nd time same thing, huge wait for a pickup order. 3rd time we ordered delivery thought it would save time. They said it would take 45 minutes to deliver. 1 hour and 30 later I phone and they say that they will be in the neighborhood in ANOTHER hour and ten minutes - over 2 hours for a pizza delivery? No apologies or fore warning. I will never waste any more of my time and I will advise others don't waste theirs with this company.

  Last time our order was an hour late, decided to give them one more try. This time was 15 minutes late and wrong pizza. Will not order from this location again.

  This was one of the best Freshslices I've ever been to. I always would here every Tuesday to grab a fresh pizza. They also allowed people to take a picture of themselves. Quite a compliment.
