  They forgot my gravy and I phoned them to let them know. Whoever apologized and said they'd send over the gravy annnd another fries. I also think they gave me a larger gravy when it came. I'm really impressed, even though they forgot it. I'm use to places like boston pizza saying "oh we can give you a discount... next time" lol..or not doing anything at all. I never asked for more fries or larger gravy so it was very nice of them I thought. Also I like to note the food arrived in decent timing and I live much farther than two blocks. They are 8min drive from me. The quality was also better than all the kfc I have eaten at recently in burnaby area. The delivery guy was nice too. Probably will order again from them one day when I crave kfc again now that I know we actually have a kfc that will deliver here.

  Good chicken but slooooooowwwww service. Took me 10 minutes to order, and another 10 to get my food. There goes my lunch break, thanks a lot.
