  We ordered our pizza at 10:40ish because the website was saying they open until 11:10 for carry out, 12am for delivery. We got the confirmation email then the store called. This guy on the phone basically said their oven is closed. I asked did you guys read your website and he kept saying "sorry our oven is closed". I have no idea what they can offer for another 30min to customers when their oven is closed. This store must re-train their staffs how to do the proper customer service and needs to learn how to operate the store. I asked his name for later and he said "I don't have to tell you. You can come to do store but i will close the door so you cant come inside" - what kind of customer service is this guy doing?

  I ordered from this place...was given the wrong order. I asked for my order to simply be fixed with no quams and no grief. I was told they were unable to fix my order and that they would try harder next time. I asked for a refund and was told they were not in the business of giving refunds. I don't understand the lack of respect...DONT EAT HERE

  Tried to use a coupon from our entertainment book, the store refused and said they don't accept them any more? Staff was very rude about it will never order from here again.

  Got my large pizza in under 20 minutes! I do live close but overall impressed. Friendly and quick service all around.
