  Forgot my salad and soda. Driver was sent to return with missed items. Driver returned with soda only. He said he would get the salad. He never returned. Called the store, they told me, with numerous expletives that they didn't care about my salad and that I wasn't getting it. Stay classy guys.

  They have decent pizza but we're pretty put-off by our recent experience. We waited over an hour for our pizza just to be called and told that his delivery driver was unreliable and his car had broken down and the delivery driver wouldn't be working tonight so we aren't getting our pizza. We weren't offered any sort of apology our compensation for our lost hour when we have a house full of hungry people. It would have been nice to have been told his delivery driver was AWOL while we were ordering our pizza so we could have chosen somewhere else to eat. You should probably also have appropriate staffing to meet your demand and have a back-up driver in case something like this happens. I'm not sure we'll be ordering here again.

  They disrespect own advertisement and coupons. We had a coupon for 50% discount for Pizza factory, so decided to grab some pizza on the way home. While ordering I showed them the coupon and the guy said ok, but billed me the full price. I once again showed him the coupon and said it should be the half price. So then he proceeded to say that coupons are valid only on weekdays. I reminded him that today is Friday and there is nothing about that on the coupon, which means that it is redeemable any day. He insisted that it is invalid on Fridays and weekend. I didn't bother to continue the argument and just left. Will not go there anymore and won't recommend them.
