  Seriously what is with this location. Who the hell is the manager ? He should most definitely be FIRED. I went there , no bagels , no doughnuts , no timbits , no sandwiches. Why the hell are they open at night ???? This happens at this location ALL THE TIME and they are always conveniently cleaning their toaster .... so they don't have to make anything. This has happened 3 times in the last month and I only go a few times a week. There is no way I have Come at different times ranging from 10-3 how are they always cleaning their toaster. And no doughnuts ? And 2 muffins?. Why don't they just friken not make it 24 hour and stop wasting people's time. Seriously who is managing this place??? And not to mention the old cranky chick that works nights. this gives tim Hortons a horrible name. Horrible staff and horrible management at this location.

  Horrible service. I kept having to repeat what I said multiple times to a Filipino women taking the order, even though I said my order fairly clearly. Was not paying attention to me (who was ordering) and was looking at my mom who had nothing to say since she left the ordering up to me. The woman, of course, got my order wrong. Sigh. Somehow a $25 meal became a $40 meal. We told her that this meal should cost around $25 but the woman kept making a displeased confused face at us. All the staff in the back was spectating like they had nothing else to do and was of no help. After 10 minutes we finally got the correct order. Incompetent and disorganized staff. Will NEVER return.

  This place always mess up the orders. I have to double check every time to make sure the order is right. Today, I ordered 2 soup combos with turkey bacon sandwiches, chicken noodle soups and iced caps. The cashier entered all of them separately instead of charging the combo price. I showed them the receipt and told them they should charge combo instead. The cashier by the drive thru looked briefly at the receipt and insisted that they charged correctly. He left the receipt by the window and walked away. I wanted to keep the receipt and walked into the restaurant and talked to them, but, the wind blew the receipt away. By the time, the cashier came back with the food, I just took it and left since there was a long line up behind me. When I arrived home, sure enough, they messed up again - one soup is missing!!!

  Completely understaffed. Workers are in slow motion. Use the drive thru, as they are the only ones being served.
